It's important that your quilt cover not only looks good but feels good and promotes blissful sleep. That's why we prefer natural fibres such as cotton or linen. Natural, breathable fibres minimise over-heating in bed, which is a major sleep distruptor. If you are having sleep issues it's best to avoid sleeping in man-made fibres such as polyester.
