Can I purchase sale items directly from the Malvern store?
Warehouse sale products are not available in store, the sale is online only.

Can I return items I purchase in the online warehouse sale?
No, unfortunately these items are not able to be returned for refund or exchange so please choose carefully.

Why do items disappear from my shopping cart?
When items are added to your shopping bag, they will not be reserved for you. Another customer may have already bought the item before you have completed your order at the checkout.

Can I use my Welcome 10 discount in the sale?
 
No further discounts can be applied during the Warehouse sale

What if I receive a faulty item?

What if the item I purchased isn't the right fit for my bed?
It’s best to have all your measurements handy when choosing items.
We ask that you choose carefully as once they leave our warehouse we are unable to refund or exchange items.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We will be working hard to get your orders shipped ASAP. Please allow for 10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched from our head office you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post.
Please allow for delays as Australia Post are experiencing reduced staff in Melbourne.

Can you send my purchase Express Post?
We can generally express post, upon request however not for our warehouse sale.
